Missouri CDL Practice Test: Double and Triples - Test 2 2024

Instruction: To obtain this endorsement for pulling two or three trailers, applicants must pass a 15-question test. And to pass the test, applicants must score at least 80%. Test questions are from the MO CDL Handbook. The Double/Triple trailers endorsement can be used with the Class A CDL. If you need additional information, please contact your local DMV office. 1. What are hose couplers?
A
A hose coupling is a piece of equipment used to connect a hose with something else, like a tap, sprinkler, pump or another hose.
B
It's used for A-shaped tongues and it’s made to withstand heavy duty towing.
C
This mounting style coupler locks on by sliding into the round shank tongue and welds on it.
D
This is a style for the straight tongue and it’s the most basic one.
